Fellowship House is proud to introduce the Forensic Multidisciplinary Team-  our newest collaboration with the Florida Department of Children and Families and our region’s managing entity, the South Florida Behavioral Health Network.  Called “FMT” for short, the Team’s goal is to provide a 24 hour a day, seven days per week, comprehensive approach to divert individuals from involvement in the criminal justice system as well as from
commitment to Forensic State Mental Health Treatment Facilities (SMHTFs) and
other residential forensic programs.  This is accomplished by providing community-based services and supports. The FMT is comprised of a group of staff including a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Team Leader, three Case Managers, a Therapist and an administrative Coordinator that assure that these members receive services tailored to their unique needs.  FMT offices are located in our Palmetto Bay campus.

We are excited for this new opportunity to better serve these members and improve their chances for success in their rehabilitation and recovery.
