Driver (CDL & Non-CDL)Full-time | $16/hour

Location: 5711 S Dixie Hwy, South Miami, FL 33143

We are currently seeking drivers with a valid CDL (P Endorsement) and drivers experience in operating smaller passenger vans (no CDL required). This position will be responsible for transporting our members safely and efficiently to and from various locations.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate agency vehicles to transport members to and from designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and reliability.
Assist members with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or issues.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any issues or required repairs promptly.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to transportation services.

Qualifications
Must be at least 23 years old or older.
A clean driving record for a minimum period of 3 years.
Must be at least 23 years old or older.
Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders (preferred, but not required)
(CDL Applicants) CDL must have a passenger (P) endorsement.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nationally accredited Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive, community-based behavioral health services to individuals where they live, work, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary FACT team to provide person-centered care.
Manage the FACT medication system and ensure safe medication administration.
Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments.
Assess participants’ health, medication effectiveness, and side effects.
Coordinate care with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and hospitals.
Promote health education, wellness, and disease prevention.
Educate staff on psychiatric medications and symptom monitoring.
Support medication adherence and participant recovery goals.
Provide community-based nursing services and individualized support.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing program.
Current Florida licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC) (preferred).
Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation for community-based services.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
