Working within the internationally recognized Clubhouse Model, Generalists partner with members to build skills, confidence, and connection while helping create a vibrant and supportive community.

  • Conduct apartment and room inspections to promote cleanliness and safety
  • Monitor medications and assist residents with treatment adherence

We are currently seeking a qualified Therapist to join our Multi-Disciplinary Re-Entry Services Team (MRST). This position provides therapeutic services and recovery support to individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. MRST serves individuals with mental health needs and co-occurring substance use disorders pre- and post-release, offering assessment, case management, care coordination, therapy, and up to nine months of wraparound support after release.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy services
  • Conduct mental health assessments and symptom management
  • Collaborate with the MRST team to support participant recovery and community reintegration
  • Assist with treatment planning, care coordination, and service linkage
  • Support participants in achieving stability, independence, and improved quality of life
  • Maintain documentation and service records in accordance with program requirements
  • Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a mental health, counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
